Neil Flynn
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Neil Flynn was admitted to practice law in Illinois in 1980. His areas of concentration include lobbying before the Illinois General Assembly; State government relations; regulatory advocacy before State agencies, departments, boards and commissions; and administrative rulemaking.
Neil Flynn served in a variety of staff positions with the Illinois House of Representatives beginning in 1976 and served as Counsel to the Illinois House Speaker in 1983; worked as an Illinois lobbyist and maintained a regulatory and administrative law practice since 1984; was a member of the Springfield-Metro Sanitary District from 1989-91; served as Chairman of the Springfield Election Commission from 1995-97; has authored articles on environmental law published in the Illinois Bar Journal and authored a book entitled Baseball’s Reserve System: The Case and Trial of Curt Flood vs. Major League Baseball.

Daniel Flynn
Originally from Springfield, Illinois, Daniel Flynn currently resides in Saint Louis, Missouri. Before attending law school, Daniel worked on the Illinois House Democratic Staff from 2005-2006, and worked with his father, Neil Flynn, from 2006-2007. Daniel graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in May 2010. Daniel passed the Illinois Bar Examination in July 2010 and was officially sworn in as a member of the Illinois Bar on November 4, 2010. Daniel passed the Missouri Bar Examination in February 2011 and was officially sworn in as a member of the Missouri Bar on May 6, 2011.
Daniel Flynn has also worked abroad at various FIFA (the governing body of international soccer) Events between 2005-2007. Specifically, Daniel served as a Venue Manager at the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada; the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany and the 2005 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Holland.

Sean Flynn
A lifelong resident of his hometown, Springfield, Illinois, has a long history of involvement in politics and government affairs. In 2025, after serving as the Director of Government Affairs for Illinois American Water for approximately six years, he returned to the firm.
Sean's career in the field of lobbying has primarily focused on providing services and representation before various legislative bodies and government entities within Illinois. His expertise and experience extend to the Illinois General Assembly, the Office of the Governor of Illinois, the Illinois Commerce Commission, and numerous administrative agencies and departments throughout the State of Illinois.
Prior to his professional lobbying career, Sean worked for the Illinois House Speaker's Office, serving as a member of the Democratic Research and Appropriations Staff. During his tenure there, Sean contributed as an analyst of both appropriations and substantive legislation, demonstrating his knowledge and analytical skills across a wide range of topics and committees. Before joining the staff full-time, Sean actively engaged in various political activities and campaigns, lending his support to the Democratic Party of Illinois.
Sean's journey through the political landscape has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of governmental processes, legislative dynamics, and the intricacies of policy-making.
